In today’s economy, professional designers must be more efficient than ever in finding products for their
projects. With TODL, a design professional is able to login, search for multiple types of products, get
complete specifications, finish options, line drawings, print a presentation size image for a design board,
email a request to the manufacturer or listed rep for current lead times, save the product to a project
folder and email the image to his/her client for feedback without having to go to 10 different websites.
Established in 1997, TODL’s focus continues to be efficient product specification for professional interior
designers, facility managers, hoteliers and design architects. Comprised of hundreds of thousands of
actual products divided into easy-to-use, manageable categories for interior designers and other design
professionals, TODL provides a cost effective method for manufacturers to get their products in front of
designers at the point of design specification.
TODL is not a directory or PDF catalog library. Product listings on TODL contain all the information
necessary for a designer to select products for their projects, including line drawings, pricing, lead time, etc.
Once a product is selected, the TODL member is then directed to the manufacturer for verification of
pricing, lead time and purchasing. TODL is not an e-commerce site which allows it to fit within the
manufacturers’ current sales and distribution channels without creating conflicts.
Manufacturers can determine if leads are to funnel through a main contact at the company or list
showrooms and representatives for the design professional to contact directly.
